The best I have seen in 11 years as Hilton Honors member

I have been a Hilton Honors member for over 11 years and have never been treated like I was at the Hilton Garden Inn Cusco. They were in contact even before my arrival and never failed to assist us so we never felt alone on our vacation, especially Laura at the front desk who had a special touch for my wife for her birthday. The room was impeccably maintained by Maria. The dining room for the buffet breakfast was excellent and every day they had an extra touch for us precisely because we are Hilton Honors members. We forgot to bring a voltage converter and the hotel provided us with one at no cost. The laundry service is a great little detail. Many other Hilton hotels have a very high bar compared to this excellent establishment. The members of the chain in Mexico and particularly the Hilton Airport Hotel Mexico City have a lot to learn from the management of the Hilton Garden Inn Cusco.

Fabulous stay in Cusco!

We loved staying here! The rooms are well appointed and the beds are super comfy. Most of all the hospitality is beyond friendly and accommodating. We spent several nights in the bar relaxing in the lounge and enjoying the yummy food brought to us from the adjoining restaurant. I particularly loved the crispy pig and the tropical chicken salad. The presentation was gorgeous as well. The breakfast buffet is amazing with the most beautiful array of fruits, breads, pastries, meats and cheeses in addition to personally prepared egg dishes. What really makes this place so special is the staff. Everyone is so friendly and they go out of their way to assure a most memorable stay. We especially want to
thank Yihamil and his colleague Nahum for making our stay so memorable❣️

This hotel is indeed highly recommended for its scenic views and quite near to the Plaza Mayor de Armas. Highlight the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms, as well as the friendly and professional staff. The natural lighting and panoramic city and mountain views are definitely standout features! The room I got has a scenic view! Super worth the price, I’m telling you, you should get one with the scenic view if you stay here. And staff at the restaurant were so kind and accommodating.

Breakfast Birthday

We came to celebrate the birthday of a friend, and we were very cordially attended by Yihamil, for whom I recommend the experience, all the buffet very pleasant. We were very well received, nice place.

Very good hotel and amazing service! Everyone is very welcoming and facilities are very nice! The only point to mention is towels are a bit worn and grey but rooms are very clean! Thank you!
