FIXED STOP CHRISTMAS MARKETS

Every year on the occasion of the visit to the markets my family and I stay in this beautiful structure. Very convenient because it is located between Merano and Bolzano. The structure is managed by two sisters always very helpful in finding the right solution for us. At every arrival we are always greeted with a smile, always very courteous.
The rooms and apartments are beautiful, warm and welcoming.
Pizza very very good, when booking accommodation we always book the place at the restaurant because since we are always at dinner even local people are afraid of not finding a place, as for the restaurant removed pasta for children and desserts we never tried anything, what little we had the opportunity to order was presented with care and good.
Breakfast what about..... maybe the first if not the second reason why we always choose Residence Egger, variety of sweet and savory, typical products that we appreciate every time.
At check aut we always say goodbye with a goodbye..... knowing to come back right there every time we are around.

a beautiful mistake

By my mistake we arrived at this place - that is, I saw it on Booking but opted for another place - on the day of arrival we arrived convinced that we had booked from Egger, instead no, verified the free cancellation on the other side we stayed from Egger and we did not regret "absolutely" quiet area, all very kind staff, top cleaning, large parking beautiful communal pool 10min walk, we wanted to explore a top restaurant in the area, in the end we decided to stay for dinner at "Egger" and another time apt at 110% , our choice was restaurant but also pizza, in our opinion, at sight looks very good, a good choice of white or red wines even local to finish a nice lawn adjacent to the restaurant / pizzeria where they can play and run the children in peace - we, as accommodated we took advantage of the super stocked sweet and savory breakfast buffet - if I Recommendation this place? But without thinking YES

perfect place to stay

We had two days here last week, and it is an amazingly well run hotel. Run by two sisters(who seem so young) But kudos to them because it is top notch. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with a wrap around balcony presenting a beautiful vista of the Dolomites. Glass of orange juice in the morning and pure bliss. The beds are super comfy as is the bed linen and pillows. Fantastic shower. And a kitchenette with everything you need to cook. No oven but a microwave with a grill and a dishwasher. There is a laundry room to freshen up your clothes if you are like us travelling light and moving around. The whole place is sparkling clean and staff are wonderful. Also restaurant is worth trying - delicious! There is just voile curtains and we thought, oh how are we going to sleep after sunrise, but there are remote controlled drop down black out blinds. Fantastic!

nice place with nice views

We spent the nice time in this hotel in October, 2017 with kids (8 and 16 years old) and friends. It’s better to have the car to stay in this hotel, so with the car its about 20 min to the center of Bolzano. Private atmosphere in the hotel, friendly stuff. Breakfast is not rich, but fresh croissants and bread and eggs under your request. Very comfortable beds, pillows and blankets :) we stayed on the 2nd floor with nice view to the mountains.

"Preis - Leistung - alles gut"

Auf dem Weg zum Skifahren waren wir zwei Nächte als Gäste. Der freundliche Empfang von Frau Egger war schon mal positiv. Das Zimmer/Balkon mit Blick auf den Ort war in Ordnung. Keinerlei Kritik an der hochwertigen und modernen Ausstattung. Alles picobello sauber! Als die Hähne in der Nachbarschaft am frühen Morgen angefangen haben zu kommunizieren, haben wir die schalldichte Balkontüre geschlossen. Gut wars.
Das Restaurant /Pizzeria ist wohl ein beliebter Treffpunkt zum Essen. Ein reservierter Tisch für uns und wir waren mitten im südtiroler/italienischen Leben. Wir sind 78 uns 69 Jahre alt und haben uns über dieses fröhliche, gesittete Publikum gefreut. Das Frühstücksbüffet war ausreichend bestückt. Wünsche wurden durch Frau Egger sehr freundlich entgegengenommen und erfüllt. Die Speisekarte für das Restaurant und die Pizzeria ist ausreichend. Die Pizzen sind klasse!
Im Preis ist eine Gästekarte für die kostenlose Benützung von Bus, Bergbahn usw. enthalten. Die Bushaltestellen nach Bozen oder Meran sind keine fünf Minuten entfernt. Als Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern ist dieses Haus eine Empfehlung.
