An excellent trip to Rome

Fantastic hotel in Rome
Situated a 5 minute stroll from The Colosseum and 5 minutes from Termini.
Nice district - plenty of restaurants and bars close by but still quiet.
Great hotel for the money.
Warm, comfortable and an excellent welcome from all staff.
Breakfast was buffet style but plentiful and excellent. A mix of pastries, continental, hams and cheese, eggs and hot options and absolutely fabulous croissants.

Have a nice stay

Very friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast fine on outside terrace (3rd floor sun or covered) with plenty of choice. Room spacious, good bed, hot shower with strong jet, Aircon works reasonably. Room on via Cavour, good soundproofing.

Very good hotel

It is a hotel very close to Termini Station and the metro. The Colosseum is a few hundred meters away. Friendly and helpful staff, spacious, quiet and clean rooms. Very diverse breakfast proposed in a nice terrace on the third floor.

Optimal location if travelling by train

We stayed for two nights at the Hotel Borromeo, located near Termini Station and a stone's throw from the Colosseum. The strong point of the structure is definitely the location, from which you can easily visit Rome on foot; nearby, there is also the Repubblica metro stop (Line A), if this is deemed necessary. The service staff was friendly and helpful at all times, with a reception always present and welcoming.

Mother-daughter stay in Rome August 2024

Excellent stay. Having booked a triple room, we had the very good surprise upon arrival to discover that it had a very large terrace. The rooms are very well soundproofed, very clean and air conditioning non-noisy. The Breakfast buffet is plentiful, good quality and the terrace very nice. The receptionists speak French, they are extremely kind, smiling and discreet, always anxious to know if everything is going well and gave us very good advice to visit the city. Ideal Pension to visit the center of Rome on foot. We will gladly return.
