Exceptional stay experience for solo traveler
Emanuelle Il and Duomo di Milano - Milan Cathedral. Its prime location is surrounded by a vibrant tapestry of restaurants and stores. My room was spacious and elegantly appointed with a California king-size bed and modern
Milanese decor, ensuring a restful retreat. The hotel staff, particularly the front desk team, were exceptionally helpful and friendly, consistently going above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless. Their warm greetings each morning and thoughtful check-ins via WhatsApp throughout the day were particularly appreciated. Hotel manager Naomi demonstrated

Excellent boutique hotel with best customer service ever but spoilt by customers at its fast food neighbours
The negative aspect is its location. Yes very close to Duomo and lots of tourist sites including the super expensive Galleria. It is also surrounded by cheap takeaway food outlets, eg a Macdonalds opposite, so large numbers of tourists choose to eat very close to the hotel entrance. So you arrive to huge crowds either queuing or eating. It makes it hard to get to the hotel entrance especially with a suitcase in tow. You have to push your way through. And then in the evening, when you return from dinner, you walk through the litter left from the takeaway customers. There is nothing the hotel can do about this I guess but it is deeply unpleasant when you arrive or leave.

Lovely hotel and staff, really pleasant experience, would recommend
Hotel is in prime location to get to the Duomo, along with transport links.
From the airport, it took 25 minutes to get to the hotel.
Very good for price.
I used this hotel to propose to my partner, the hotel staff really helped a lot, guided my through public holidays and popular/quiet times in the city.
I would definitely come back here as a memory.
There are very goo local food places, even next to the airport. When it comes to shopping, the places are very conveniently nearby.
