Organisation to be reviewed
The Resort looks very good, new structure.
The room is clean, equipped with all comforts with a nice bathroom.
Sore note uncomfortable mattresses.
The garden and pool are well maintained as are the common areas.
We parked the car, but there's no sign telling you where the front desk is.
We head to the restaurant and finally find her,
a person welcomes us and carries out the usual check-in procedures and already asks us to make
check out because the next day there would be no one able to do it.
Nothing bad, but it never happened to me.
Breakfast not bad but very improvable, especially there was no nameplate in the
maintenance, in my personal opinion it is a serious deficiency, because for customers like me
who are allergic is a problem.
Overall the Resort management is a bit lacking.

Disappointment
The bedroom with mezzanine, where the double bed is placed, although large, is decidedly uncomfortable. As the bathroom is downstairs and the descent, given the type of staircase, is not so easy.
Some problems with the temperature (not adjustable) and some extra equipment in the bathroom would have been appreciated.
Breakfast definitely to be reviewed and improved.
In the end, reading the various reviews and given the potential of the structure, I got the idea that, for what we paid, we happened at the wrong time of year.

More no than yes.
Breakfast and good food but the merits end here.
The rooms are poorly maintained, a little dark and in some cases arranged on two levels not comfortable.
The staff is a bit tense and in some ways pressing.
The value for money -compared to the Resort- is therefore totally unbalanced.
I'm not going back.
