Worst experience
They not even providing soap and towels for double Occupancy..fight and got... rooms bathroom not neatly maintained..not worth for 6k
1750 to 2000 is valued..
6k is loss for me
No car parking.....only 1ltrs complimentary water bottle for double Occupancy

Very disappointing & Unpleasant stay!
Long Story Short.....
On the day we checked out, we spoke to the Hotel Manager, He was polite enough to tell us that due to busy and long weekends, the management was running out of laundry, and we were informed that there was only limited inventory the management had issued for the hotel.
POOR MANAGEMENT!!!!!
NOT WORTH THE STAY, SORRY TO SAY THIS, THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE IS NOT EXPECTED IN THE PRIME LOCATION.

this hotel is a horror
lamentably incompetent staff
no services
you have to complain for the sheets and towels to be changed
the standard room has no window so very very humid to the point that the bathroom door was reopened with mold
the owner having demanded payment in advance, we had to stay because there was no reimbursement or availability elsewhere
it was so hot in the room my husband sweated while sleeping, the sheet was wet and the mattress stained on it, we had to pay 1250 rupees extra
this hotel does not deserve to be referenced on this site

Please read this review completely before booking : I have stayed in this hotel ,first experience was okay , but second was worst experience
1) it is not upfront sea view hotel rooms ,its from side balcony sea is visible which can be seen in my video
2) There is an executive room with city view - which was displayed in Agoda website while booking which was 30% to 40% offer , cheapest rate in week , so many ads .BUT IN REALITY THIS EXECUTIVE ROOM HAS NO VENTILATION ,NO WINDOWS LITERALLY SUFFOCATING
.I approached the front desk to change my room to city view as they said we don't have city view rooms ,wrongly mentioned in website .when i asked to switch for balcony view rooms , i had to pay Rs 2000 extra per day ,as it was weekend this room was provide the next day at 1530 hours only .so ,before booking call to this hotel reception and book only balcony rooms , executive rooms are not worth for 1000rs also as it has no ventilation ,please look at the video yourself for the better idea .i wish this review will be helpful before booking .
