Comfortable Stay with Excellent Service
The hotel’s location is very convenient, being close to metro and bus stops, which made getting around the city a breeze. Occasionally, there was a faint smell of smoke, but it didn’t significantly impact the overall experience.
Overall, the cleanliness, comfortable accommodations, and amazing staff make this hotel a great choice for anyone visiting the area. I would stay here again!

Unfriendly and annoyed staff
I no longer have an answer whether the hat is there or not and had to. Far from customer friendly and family oriented this hotel. I can't recommend anyone to stay there. There are much better small hotels in Tbilisi.

Overall happy but staff need to improve their attitude and their English!
However, the staff should be more friendly and improve their English as well as their attitude!
This time I will leave a 5 star as I was overall happy but not so happy with the staff!

A Peaceful Oasis with Great Potential
Staff and Service
The staff members were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. Their helpfulness and hospitality contributed significantly to the overall positive experience.
Room and Facilities
The room we stayed in was impressive with a stunning view. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, offering comfortable workspaces, a business center, and conference rooms. It's clear that the hotel caters to both leisure and business travelers.
Dining
The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, a delightful treat after a long day. However, the breakfast buffet left something to be desired with limited options.
A Few Notes
While the location and amenities were outstanding, the standard rooms felt a bit cramped, especially the lack of a wardrobe. We hope the hotel considers expanding the breakfast menu to cater to a wider range of tastes.
