The only issue I had was when the manger tried to tell me there was policies on pets in the breakfast area. However, when I explained to her my dog wasn't a "pet" it was a Service Dog, she didn't want to listen and kept saying there's policies on animals in her. She did finally leave us alone, however she needs to understand pets and Service Animals are different and Service Animals are protected under the ADA.

Good Best Western!
Hotel has a a pool/jacuzzi/sauna which are all great (we were alone when we went!). Breakfast has a lot of options, even as a vegetarian.
Hotel is close to the highway (and obviously the mall) so it’s quite convenient.
