Everything was great. My only negative, but not a huge issue, was the beds in my handicap room were too high up. Hard to get in and out of with my problems.

It has some problems

The price is fair and it looked clean enough so I think the housekeeping are doing their job. The day desk clerk, a man, was very nice. The problem is the evening and night female desk clerk. We checked in around 6:00 p.m. January 8th. We asked for a quiet room she said it's quiet I put you in the back, she LIED, she gave us a room a couple of rooms from the front lobby facing the front therefore the noisy highway but it gets worse. Not sure if it was her and coworkers or friends or other guests? But ALL night, they would stand in the lobby area, talking very loudly and laughing. It woke me up from a deep sleep at 4:00 a.m. they were so close by that I could hear everything they said. Out of frustration and being groggy and tired, I yelled loudly SHUT UP! A man apologized, but the woman called me a derogatory word. Where was the desk clerk during all of this or was it her? No one ever stopped the all night party vibe! Terribly noisy stay! Bad sleep. Breakfast was fair. Biscuits were hard as rocks, gravy was ok. Eggs were quite dry and chicken nuggets as a breakfast meat is odd! Other choices were good. I appreciated the almond milk and yogurt. The whole stay was hit or miss.

The Best, Best Western!

This was, hands down, THE best, Best Western we have ever stayed in! Clean, quiet, great location and the absolute friendliest staff!! Breakfast was hot, fresh and full of eggs, sausages, spuds and biscuits & gravy daily!! This will be our place to stay on every visit to Pensacola!

Very nice, comfortable, quiet. Rooms clean and nice. Bed comfortable. Big bathroom, immediate hot water. Haven't had breakfast yet. Will rate later
