Staff at Brickman's were excellent - so was lunch!
Will be back to relax and try Amalfi.

Some Major Issues, but we made the most of it!
The next day, I visited the coffee shop, and the experience was just as disappointing. The staff member acted as if my presence was an inconvenience. When I greeted them with a simple “hi,” I received no response. When I approached the cashier, I wasn’t acknowledged again, so I simply placed my coffee order without further interaction.
Thankfully, the restaurant staff at Brickman’s and Amalfi were a stark contrast. They were incredibly kind and helpful, making the poor service at the front desk and coffee shop even more noticeable. The food and drinks at both restaurants was reasonably priced and delicious. I highly recommend the "make your own old fashioned" option at Amalfi.
On a positive note, we rented a pontoon boat from a friendly staff member at the Sail Club. The rental was reasonably priced at $100 per hour, and we had a fantastic time on the water. I also appreciated the hotel’s pet-friendly policy. However, I was not offered any pet amenities, which were unsurprisingly absent from the map we were provided.
Additionally, there was an issue with noise during our stay. A family with small children was staying directly above us, and it sounded like they were practicing gymnastics for several hours in the middle of the day. I asked the front desk to intervene, but nothing was done. I ended up calling the family directly to ask them to quiet down, which worked temporarily before the noise resumed. I find it perplexing that the hotel would place children on the top floor, where their activity could disrupt other guests.
While I might consider giving the resort another try in the future, I would avoid the front desk entirely, as the service provided was decidedly subpar.
