I always enjoy staying here and the view is excellent. The rooms are clean and I would highly recommend.

Poor customer service

Beware of reservation policy when reserving this motel. If you cancel within 3 days of your arrival date, they will charge you full price for the room. They seem very inflexible with this cancellation policy whether for family illness, weather, or any unforeseen circumstance. All my communication with this motel was by text, since phone calls went to voice mail. They do not give credit for future stays and just take your money, with nothing in return.

Awesome kitchen & great view!

This was very affordable. comfortable and well located place (close to town). View of elk refuge was amazing. We had premier king with Kitchenette that was very well stocked with pots, pans, tools (cooking stuff and can opener), colander, plates etc. even salt and pepper coffee tea creamer, paper towels, pot holder, dish rack and cleaning supplies! Note: there is no oven but there is a toaster. Check-in was seemless.

Perfect

Fantastic value. Nice views, close to Jackson and the park. We love to stay here any time we are in Jackson. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the area is quiet. Check in and out is done on your phone so it is very convenient. We would recommend this establishment!

Great Experience

Conveniently located a short distance from the north end of Jackson, directly across from the Elk Refuge. The check in clerks were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the kitchenette had plenty of pots, pans and utensils. The complimentary washer and dryer was very much appreciated. Cozy rooms. Would definitely stay here again…and probably will.
