Disappointing Stay – Safety and Cleanliness Concerns
No Hot Water – I had to waste time heating water manually.
No Wi-Fi – No internet access, leading to €50 in extra phone charges.
Unclean Room – I found leftover food and drinks from a previous guest.
We were also locked inside the hotel on our second night, with no accessible exits, which was distressing. I appreciate the assistance from nearby Boreal Hotel staff who helped us arrange a taxi, but the experience at Nura was unsettling. I’m requesting a full refund and would not recommend this hotel.

very dirty
Not to mention that it was obvious that the room had not been cleaned well for years because, for example, the lamps on the bedside table had a thick layer of dust from having practically never been cleaned, which seems terrible to me being close to them. your face when sleeping.
We only stayed one night (and thank goodness) because we couldn't have had a worse time with so much dirt.

Disastrous, I forget you belonged in the rooms, they keep it and say they threw it away
I forgot it on a shelf in the room;
-1 New Vichy Serum, new, completely unopened from the box with plastic (because they say they threw it away, THEY DON'T KEEP ANYTHING AND YESTERDAY, HE TOLD ME THAT HE HAD A BOTTLE OF CREAM WHICH WAS NOT MINE, YOU CAN SEE THE ONE FROM THE CLEANING
THEY HAVE LEAVES OF THE LOTS AND THOSE ARE DELIVERED LIKE FORGOTTEN)
-1 new unopened tobacco package
-1 iPhone charger cable only
I call and they tell me that there is nothing they asked about and the next day they tell me that they have thrown it away, it being all new in the box and stored on a shelf in the room, there is no where to get it.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL IF YOU HAVE A
FORGOTTEN YOU DON'T GET IT BACK.
