Holidays with the Family
You just need to improve the varieties of fruits and in the breakfast replacement. The cleaning of the bedroom and bathrooms needs to be improved.

Several relatives came to have dinner or lunch with me during my stay. The restaurant offers a really good menu at reasonable prices. We all had a great time.
But no place is perfect. The gym gets too warm. It needs better air circulation.
I didn't take a swim in the pool, but looked fantastic with, again, nice views of Las Condes.
I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Extremely Disappointing
First, the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The floor was extremely durty. The room was clearly not well-maintained, with visible dirt and a lack of proper hygiene standards. This alone made us feel uncomfortable during our entire stay.
Second, the staff´s lack of attention and care was striking. Whenever we reached out for assistance, we were met with impatience and unhelpful attitudes. It felt as though our concerns were not taken seriously, and the overall level of service was poor.
Lastly, the general maintenance of the hotel was clearly neglected. The most alarming incident was when one of our children got injured on the pool handrail, which was in a terrible state of disrepair. This was unacceptable and highlighted the lack of maintenance of the facilities.
We were deeply dissatisfied with our stay and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of cleanliness, poor service, and the maintenance made our visit a truly disappointing experience.
