Great experience, no counter times

Family holidays. The hotel has a wonderful visa and is close to the beach.
I read a lot of bad comments on the Internet I got a little afraid, but when I arrived I had no problem.
The amount charged by the hotel matches what is delivered. People pay an X value and expect excellence from a 5-star hotel.

"Total deception: Hotel Marinas Resort Failed in All Aspects"

The Hotel Marinas Resort miserably fails in all essential aspects of a quality accommodation. Its only advantage - the privileged location - is completely overshadowed by serious problems: Precary Accommodations: Chalets with structural problems, old furniture and smaller beds than the contracts. Inexistent comfort: Lack of hot water at critical times and frequent invasion of insects. Neglected Maintenance: Damaged installations and expired items in the freezer. Deplorable attention: Team uninterested and unable to solve problems. Lamentable Breakfast: Limited offer, no natural coffee, only bad quality machine coffee. Questionable hygiene: Ineffective pest control and inadequate cleaning. Non-existent cost-benefit ratio: Exorbitant prices for services and facilities of very low quality. The discrepancy between the value charged and the experience offered is alarming and unjustifiable. From check-in to departure, the stay is consistently frustrating and unpleasant. Enfatic recommendation: Avoid this establishment. Your money and holiday time deserve a much better investment. Choose one of the many superior options in Tibau do Sul for a truly pleasant and quality experience.

No hot water

Ni Hot water good breakfast nice swimming pool need to walk to the beach nice sunset view but the issue with the hot water and WiFi in the room was a down side to me and my wife she was very disappointed with the water issue I hoop thay resolver this problem

Not worth it

The Hotel promises a lot on Insta, but delivers little. It is located in a privileged view of the sea with a wonderful sunset. It has a very beautiful deck and lounge. The chalets are located amidst a beautiful garden and trees. The beds and bedding were very good. Chalets are comfortable too. However, the conservation of this structure leaves something to be desired, you can see exposed wiring, rusty pool chairs, the breakfast was shameful: there was no bread!!! It seemed that the few fruits they had were from the previous day. The impression is that the hotel is abandoned. It's not dirty, but it needs to be better maintained. There are people working but it seems that more employees are needed due to the size and location among the trees. For the daily price, there are much better options in the center of Pipa. It seems that in the past it was very good, but now it is very decadent! We had booked three nights and only used two. We returned to Natal, even because Pipa is quite far from the airport and our flight was very early. So, poor accommodation combined with the need to be at the airport early, we chose to cost the trip, but have one last day of comfort on vacation and returned to Serhs Natal (excellent)!
