Excellent day at Hotel Vitória
Externally has a very beautiful pool in a chic and comfortable atmosphere.

Disappointing even after having a comfortable room
Very little food option; only 2 dishes and only and without any possibility of alcoholic beverages, nor for sale. Box had closed. As it was Saturday, the closing notice was 1am in the morning. I went to the reception to ask the “lojinha” attached. An employee said she couldn't help me because she was too busy. I'd have to wait in line... I gave up. As you go up at apt 416. There was no TV or air conditioning working... around 12:40h we were able to change room that was perfect; everything working well. After all we slept around 1:30h, until we fixed everything and bath ...

Not worth the price paid
The pool is very beautiful but an ice, I think it would be nice to give more emphasis to this information, because if you go with the family and even child wanting to enjoy the pool, it may not work. There is no air conditioning, it was super hot, several people around but only 1 brave managed to enter.
Another point that caused us a lot of annoyance, was the fact that I got the flu and my wife asked for a glass of hot water (yes, a cup), and at the time of departure they wanted to charge us TRENTY REAIS, as if it was a tea... the response of the attendant about this fact is that we should check what was being released when asked for her to sign the paper... we know well that it was not a question of conference but of good sense! If it was to pay for a cup of tea because they can not provide a glass of water to the customer who pays more than 700 reais to stay in this hotel, at least be honest and explain so that we could then get such tea. This was withdrawn from the order at the end and charged a smaller amount, but only after some questioning.
Now, the cherry cake was when my wife went to use the hydro from the bathroom and just opened a hole in the floor coming out water by everything that is corner, almost flooded the room!! It was a scene of terror because I was very afraid of having some electrical problem once the bomb is on the ground... people, this is not freshness, we are talking about safety and risk of death! I notified the reception, we had to leave the room a little earlier and, even an apology we received.
For these reasons, I consider the accommodation bad. I think it has the potential to be a high standard hotel but needs to review some things, starting with the structure and passing through the customer experience.
