Bad value for money. The city has better options at lower prices
The air conditioning is old and wall-mounted, there was this information in the photos, ok, what we didn't expect was that it would be so noisy and full of dust.
Layette with a strong smell, broken toilet lid and low pressure shower.
Breakfast also leaves something to be desired, but the person who served us was very polite.
However, the worst of all was the musty smell in the room, it attacked my allergies and affected our trip as we couldn't sleep well for 2 days.
On the third day we decided to change hotels as the situation was unbearable. I called the reception twice to check the possibility of a return since I would be leaving 2 days early, the receptionist's response was that they would make an exception and make the return, but as I didn't know how to proceed I should contact them later.
I got in touch and was told that they would leave it as credit but it was not what was agreed.
I have no interest in returning to this inn, much less recommending it.
If it was not possible to return it, it would have been better to have given a negative result and not promised something that they would not be able to fulfill.
Anyway, very bad value for money! There are other hotels and inns nearby, better and newer with lower prices. That's actually what we did.
The only positive part was the service provided by the receptionist who checked us in and who served us at breakfast.
