Ideal for me at this time

Last week I stayed for two nights and for my purposes both location and hotel was ideal. Hotel is located in a quiet side street with a view of business park.You get a free parking on the street, but can also use a parking garage, which is poorly signposted. The room is beautiful, modern & clean as it is throughout the hotel. Breakfast is exceptionally varied and leaves nothing to be desired. Nearby are supermarket, gas station and within walking distance various restaurants.

Our No.1 in Hamburg. The hotel is worth every penny. We will definitely come back:)

We were welcomed super friendly at check in. The room was very clean. Small but perfectly sufficient for 2 people. In addition, there were small attentions as it was my birthday. That made it even more memorable. We will definitely come back! Thanks!!! :)

Never again

We stayed with friends in Hamburg and stayed here. I am a wheelchair user and have a modified car accordingly. When checking in I asked if and where there were disabled parking spaces. The hotel has no parking garage but a parking garage in which, according to the hotel staff, there are also no disabled parking spaces. Since the parking garage is very narrow, I was told I could park in the yard behind the hotel, which I did. The next morning, while we had breakfast 5 meters clearly visible near the reception, the hotel had my car transferred. They say they didn't know where I was, so they couldn't inform me. Two sentences later, you suddenly didn't even know it was my car. Then allegedly no one from the hotel said I could park behind the hotel.
The hotel was not prepared to make a reasonable clarification. Now we will have to agree in court who will pay the 400 € for the transfer of the vehicle. That's what I call a hospitable hotel.
Since the incident dwarfs everything else, I'll save any other review of the hotel.

wir bedauern sehr, dass Ihr Aufenthalt bei uns durch diesen Vorfall überschattet wurde. Es liegt uns am Herzen, dass sich alle Gäste – insbesondere Gäste mit besonderen Bedürfnissen – bei uns gut aufgehoben fühlen.
Der Innenhof gehört nicht zum Hotel, sondern ist Privateigentum. Leider wurde Ihr Fahrzeug vom Besitzer des Innenhofs abgeschleppt, da es sich auf einem Parkverbotsschild befand. Diese Entscheidung lag nicht in unserer Hand.
Wir verstehen, dass dies für Sie eine sehr unangenehme Erfahrung war, und hätten uns eine andere Lösung gewünscht. Unser Team ist stets bemüht, unseren Gästen bestmöglich zu helfen, und wir bedauern, dass es in diesem Fall zu Missverständnissen gekommen ist.

It was all very good.

The staff is helpful and very friendly. The room was clean and quite large. The breakfast buffet was very rich. The food was clear and well placed. The location of the hotel was perfect for our visit to Hamburg.
Value for money was okay.

Treated like a criminal

Absolutely disgraceful treatment. Having paid for my stay on arrival and agreeing to keep my card open, I was locked out of my room at midnight and threatened with the Police if I did not pay a bar bill immediately. The hotel billed the wrong card.
