Every staff member I encountered was excellent. My original reservation was staying until the 16th. They told me there was no issue with me chekcing out on the 15th. I have not rec'd the credit back yet but I assume it will take a few days.

Thoughtless treatment of customers

Heavy construction. The desk informed another elderly person who seemed shocked at the extreme noise that the hotel was not obligated to mention the construction at booking. The legalities notwithstanding, some people like me wear hearing aids and are highly sensitive to noise which directly causes hearing loss. The hotel should have warned customers of the risk. We are gold members but this was completely unacceptable.

Terrible service ☹️

The staff is very rude, the lady on the front desk didn’t help my husband because she was “waiting” a group that wasn’t arrived yet, she talked us unfriendly, but the worst part was that they have the policy that only clean the room every 3 days..and today my third day NOBODY clean my room, the dirty towels on the floor, the garbage cans full…and when I got down and told my complains, they gave me an email to report my observations, really?!?…I don’t want to return here never again, the worst Marriott ever

My stay was okay. I was able to check-in early before starting my work meetings. My biggest disappointment was that I came back to the hotel after a long day and my room was not cleaned or refreshed.

Did not look at amenities or require any service from staff. We were there for a funeral. It was quiet, ample parking and close to all the places we needed to be.
