We enjoyed our stay. Recently remodeled rooms (new comfortable beds, modern bathrooms), spacious and elegant... Well kept grounds, warm pool... The room was very quiet despite the highway nearby. Simple, but nutritious breakfast included in our price. We will be back...

It was okay. Pictures make this place look a lot nicer than it actually is. It is a flipped motel. Breakfast option was horrible. The beds/sheets were not comfortable. Doors need weather strips.

Worst experience had a horrible stay I was profiled heckled and than denied my because I informed the lady that people have pet allergies and dogs do not belong at work with you let alone walking the dog in and out of the rooms of people staying there my grandma has serious pet hair allergies and she would be hard at breathing if she stayed there I just let her know and she proceeded to lie and say never to come back lied and said my room smelled like marijuana clearly a lie I’ve stayed there three times before never once has this occurred

Horrible, shady management

I made a reservation a week in advance at this property. I noticed a couple days before I was to check in that my reservation had been cancelled. I did not receive an email or a call letting me know it was cancelled. I called customer service and they called the hotel. The supervisor told her that my card was not good so they cancelled it. When she asked if I could’ provide the card number the supervisor refused. He said I booked with a cheap rate and that I would have to rebook with the current rate. I recieved an email from Best Western with a promotional code that I used. It was a completely valid code. This is completely unacceptable as I could have potentially shown up at the hotel without a room. This is a shady business practice as my card was good. Even if my card had an issue cancelling a room without notice is unfair. At least send the guests an email. I will not be staying at this property and won’t recommend it either.

Hidden Gem: Quiet, Clean, Close to CPP and food/stores/gas with a pretty large pool (and hot tub).

This hotel is a hidden gem! It doesn't look like much from the outside but the rooms are updated/clean and the bed was VERY comfortable! The pool is VERY big and the hot tub was warm and bubbles worked! We forgot a small travel bag with snacks and when we called, the manager said he'd check and see if it was still there. He did, it was, we came right back and I really appreciated it! it is VERY close to Cal Poly Pomona (one exit away - 5 mins when there is no traffic) and close to stores/food/gas if you need it...but down a side street where it was very quiet! I was quite pleased!!!!
