Comfortable one night stay half way between airport and downtown 09 19 23

I had meetings on Wednesday so flew in late Tuesday night just in time to get dinner in their Amberstone grill that was very good as was the service.
I usually like a king bed because it tskes up less space in the room, but the two twin beds were ok and the one I slept in was comfortable.
The room needed more 120 VAC outlets
and a little more lighting, it was a little dark, but good for sleeping.
I added a picture of the room, bathroom, and bar area in the restaurant.

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience at our hotel. We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed your dinner at our Amberstone Grill and appreciated the service provided. While we're glad that the twin beds provided you with a comfortable sleep, we understand the convenience of having a king bed. Your feedback about the room's lighting and the need for more outlets is noted, and we'll take it into consideration as we strive to improve our amenities for future guests. We hope to see you again soon and provide you with an even better experience.

Awful customer service!

Front desk service is awful! One check in person. Waited in a long line and when checking in before 2 pm was told $25 fee would be assessed. I suggested to Vicky a posted sign would have been beneficial so I didn't have to wait. Vicky kept on interrupting me saying I wasn't listening. Vicky needs additional training but probably won't get customer service training or disciplined because it appears thus hotel is short staff due to inept management. Go somewhere else...be warned!

Great experience for busy holiday weekend

Front Desk employee Michael Hernandez was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating at check in on a busy holiday weekend. The hotel staff was friendly and prepared as they managed the influx of guests for the weekend.

Don't stay here. Dirty hotel. Ants are all over the room. A/C may or may not work. Dirty and unsafe.

The hotel is not the safest place to leave your car. They do have security that sits in their car. The hotel is run down and probably should close. Ants cover the room we were in. Only a couple of outlets for charging your phone or CPAP but not both. Just very run down.

This is a Hilton???

This is a Hilton?? I grabbed this hotel last minute without reading reviews because our experience with Hilton has been excellent. Big mistake not reading reviews. This didn’t seem like a Hilton at all.
We had a list of issues and tried several times to reach the GM or a manager on duty when we were still there and also called later and no one returned our calls. Front desk staff was nice and said they'd pass on the messages.
If not for the name we wouldn’t have known it was a Hilton.
Nothing is located near this hotel except a homeless encampment that hits the edge of the parking lot. The same parking lot where you pay $10 when staying there. Rooms need a lot of work. Outlets hanging loose, no Wi-Fi to speak of, lacking lamps so its very dark, pool area is not like pictured as trees are very overgrown snd not maintained and smokers hanging out.
Now that I've read other reviews here you can definitely believe the negative reviews here. I won't make the same mistake of not reading reviews before booking a hotel! even Hilton. This place and our stay is between a 2* - 3* and we won't be back.
