A Hidden Little Gem.
What you may not find on their website is the fact that they offer secure parking and cater for 4 vehicles at a cost of £15 per day. It’s advisable that you book in advance.
On street parking is available at certain times throughout the day but spaces are quickly taken by the locals.

PERFECT STAY EVERY SINGLE VISIT & AMAZING STAFF
We are fortunate enough to stay here at least six or seven times during the year for a four night stay each time.
The food is absolutely fantastic, the breakfast are the Best we have ever had consistently in a UK hotel. They use the highest quality produce and everything is cooked freshly to order which can be seen in the open kitchen. It never ceases to amaze us how many times they change both their breakfast and main menus, as they never get complacent so there is always something different to try . A big thank you as well to Hazel for looking after us so well on our last visit in October, she was a ray of sunshine to start our day off during breakfast
Housekeeping is continuously first class through all areas of the hotel and it always smells so fresh and clean as you walk in the doors of the hotel To the reception.
All the public areas are immaculate and even when I’m trying to be healthy and I use the stairs instead of the lift, everywhere is pristine , fresh and sparkling.
Cannot fault the rooms and my husband always says it’s the best night sleep he ever gets when we go to stay there. Superb large shower in the bathroom and lovely fluffy towels.
Of course it’s the staff working together as a superb team that makes this hotel so unique in the fact that they never ever have lowered their standards even after Covid when things were very difficult all stay were never ever affected in anyway and you can always guarantee that you will have a perfect stay.
So easy to get to this hotel via train , bus and underground and we happily travel backwards and forwards all around London from this excellent starting point.
A very big thank you as per usual to Giorgio, Steph and all the team who continuously strive to ensure that every customer who walk through that door, has an excellent stay.
Once you have stayed here, you will always be a returning customer

Great hotel
Leyton itself where hotel is located didn't have much near hotel in terms of bars and restaurants..it felt a bit run down and not somewhere we felt totally comfortable to wander around at night as 3 women however felt totally at ease in hotel

Hiii!
No opinion on breakfast because we did not take it but the rooms sound very well maintained and the place rather quiet
The metro station nearby really very convenient for French tourists
Only downside the neighborhood that's a little shy in the evening
