thank you for your feedback. The steps you had mentioned are necessary for guests and staff safety, mainly in the building without a front desk - as we have many buildings without 24/7 opened reception. Sonder The Henry has at all time open reception and those steps can be completed on arrival, wish you had contacted us in advance to check on that. It's always worth to see for which building is check-in on arrival possible. We had never had intention to make you not feel welcome at our hotel. We hope you will give us a chance in future again.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of GBP 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance. Room service and daily housekeeping are not available. This is a central location and prone to train noise.
