Quiet hotel
Rooms clean and cleaned daily, bottles of water left in room daily. Room service food is great.
Swim up rooms or rooms on that side have the best view. Rooms 101-106 don’t have a great view. Pool towels are provided.
It’s at the bottom end of Chaweng Beach. Nice and quiet. Baht buses at the entry, it’s very easy to get from the hotel to all parts of the island.
Only negative thing is the pool could do with cleaning through out the day as leaves build up.
Personally I wouldn’t have breakfast I’d eat out but two of party ate every day and they enjoyed it.
Excellent beaches nearby Silver beach and Coral cove good for snorkelling.

facilities are nice but very minimalist, the room arrangement is not as expected , you enter in the part of the bathe room and the shower is the other side , not user friendly form me
i asked for a room with beach view , but actually everyone could walk in front of my room since it's a public way and not private at all, then most of the time i had to close the window .
it is not worth the price

So nearly a 5 star review
The hotel is quiet and located nicely at the quieter end of the main road. The pool is nice and the rooms pleasant - wifi also as fast as you’d want. The service from the small group of staff also second to none. I requested if I could extend my initial booking by 1 night, and the team made no fuss and sorted this out with no issues.
The only negatives are that not all rooms have showers (mine being one of those). Only a bath with a retractable shower head - which also only ran cold. This made washing a bit of a chore. I’d be sure to request a room with a normal shower if booking.
Secondly, breakfast is OK but not the full offering that you would experience in other 4 star hotels - It is fine though. Oddly the room service restaurant is excellent and has a very wide choice of dishes - more so than at breakfast.
A great hotel choice if you want to be in a close enough to the action of Koh Samui, but after a bit of peace. It probably offers excellent value for money all in all.
