No one gets to two stars

We have just returned, we have made the trip with the community of Madrid and I was delighted because we were going to a four star Hotel, as soon as I entered and saw the pull of stairs, the reception and not a single way to reach the floor of the elevators if you are in a wheelchair I saw that they were dancing the stars. The staff really is lovely except for an older lady, who I think is the hospitality manager in the breakfast and dinner area who must be quite used to yelling at everyone and also yells at the lodging in very bad ways and with very bad education, the rest lovely and good professionals. When we arrived at the room in our case the 407 we suddenly passed to the last century, we found a room with dirty carpet, an equally dirty bathroom, one of the tables that my husband opened, had been used as an ashtray and the remains of tobacco were still there. Although surprisingly we have rested well, except logically it is in the city center and there is a lot of noise but if you close the windows you can sleep. Highlights of the bathroom must have been built in 1970 with a great jacuzzi in which you have to jump to pole to get in and be able to shower, highlight the step in the bathroom and endless details of the last century. I do not doubt that this Hotel had four stars but many many many many years ago. I do not understand that there are no inspections to update the stars of these depressing hotels, excellent situations, mediocre breakfast and also mediocre dinner. Princess a hotel that has plenty of stars

The view hotel is nice people who work at reception well, the kitchen is a catering only give breakfast and dinner, like waiters
They go for hours as soon as they see you standing, they take away your plate, the dirty room, broken fridge, the hot tub wasn't working either, I'm not going back to the hotel.

Travel with the Community of Madrid. The experience was regular.

The hotel is outdated, it does not deserve the 4 stars it currently has.
Access to the elevators is via steps and is uncomfortable for people with reduced mobility.
Breakfast and dinner services are improved, scarce and of low quality.

He doesn't deserve all four stars. To enter you have to climb stairs and for the luggage room another section. The rooms are large but detached. One room with three beds and only one chair. A table without a drawer. Although they say it has a fridge, in my room there was none. There's no light on the table. If you turn on from the table, the general light comes on. The large bathroom but not a shelf to leave toiletries.
The dining room turned out to be a kind of meeting room. Breakfast "buffet" scarce, only ham and cheese, some fruit and some scones., not even some yogurts. There's no coffee machine, you have to order it from the kitchen. Paper tablecloths.
The location is the best, very central.

Does not meet any four-star requirements

Small rooms, no refrigerator. Tiny bathroom. Unclassifiable dining service despite the waiter's efforts. Breakfast buffet and dinner menu of poor quality and little. It has half the stars left and it lacks twice as many personnel.
