Wonderful environment

We have been there for a week and the truth is that the surroundings are wonderful and the house is beautiful, just as shown in the photos.
To put a few buts, I think that it needs a little maintenance: improve the bathrooms, the windows in winter must let the cold in, because they are original glass, very thin, put in a coffee maker with capsules, ....but in overall very good.
It is true that Arriondas turned out to be a very festive town and up there all the music comes together and you can hear everything. You can sleep, because since it is cool you close the windows, but there is a lot of partying and you can hear everything
The beauty of the surroundings is combined with the continuous noise of the holidays.
Gina, the host, very attentive all the time making everything easy, lovely.

Great Place to stay with your family

If you are looking for a hotel that is perfect for families and has gorgeous views! This is your hotel. We spent a few days here with our family and friends and it was wonderful and definitely a place we will return to very soon.

Amazing Stay!!

This is a lovely property in Arrionda (Asturias). It's situated up on a hill that overlooks part of the town and The Picos de Europa mountains in the distance. The rooms were not as modern as I had anticipated, but very comfortable for our purposes. There is space for kids to play freely and we enjoyed eating out on the picnic table as a family in the cool evenings. If you go during a summer heat wave you won't have access to A/C - this is normal for this area since it's typically cool enough even during summer. We went during a heat wave, but opened our windows at night to enjoy the cool breeze. Gina the administrator is a gem!! She's extremely helpful and mindful of anything you might need on your stay. Through here we were able to book a canoeing trip down the Sella River... a must do if you stay in Arriondas. I highly recommend this place.

Ojo que el alojamiento corresponda con las fotos que te salian en la web

no corresponde con fotos de la web con calidad inferior. Cuando entramos la casa estaba helada, respues que nadie se habia quejado. En la parte inferior marcos de enchufes con suciedad y mango secador con cagadas de mosca, en la superior el asiento del sofa con mancha amarilla. Arriba entra luz por las paredes, y tambien frio, humedad y ruido. la zona de descanso es un banco de madera con un asiento de 8 cms, a los 20 minutos ya no sabes como ponerte y en la cama colchon de muelles, descanso ni arriba ni abajo. Cuando nos piden feedback y le contamos el tema del descanso nos dicen que el banco estan a punto de cambiarlo y de la cama misma respuesta que para la temperatura de la casa, de estos temas ya hay quejas en algun portal de reservas en septiembre de 2021, ¿todavia no han tenido tiempo de cambiarlo?, tambien es posible que les traiga al pairo las opiniones de los clientes y no entren a mirarlas. Nos ofrecen volver y hacernos un descuento o una noche gratis y dicen que le hagamos buenas reseñas, no hay motivo ni para una cosa ni para la otra. Al no corresponder las fotos de alojamientos ofertados con el que nos meten entiendo que se puede haber incurrido en engaño. Presentada reclamacion en Viceconsejeria del Principado de Asturias y contare experiencias alla donde se me permita.

Mala experiencia

El alojamiento no corresponde con las fotos,es un horreo modificado para convertirlo en alojamiento,no te permiten poner la calefaccion aunque comentes que tienes frio,suciedad en general en la casa,secador de pelo con cagaditas de algun insecto,telarañas en el baño,mesas sucias,tienes que llegar y limpiar,la cama de muelles y lo que tenia que ser un sofa en el salon es un banco con una colchoneta fina,por lo tanto no descansas ni de dia ni de noche,en la habitacion vimos una especie de diban que tenia grosor y pensamos usar para poner en el banco del salon pero al cogerlo tenia una micción,los cubiertos hay que fregarlos,es el peor sitio donde me he podido alojar,no por ello reconocer que las vistas son inmejorables,las zonas de alrrededores,excursiones contratadas,hosteleria y tiendas de 10,puse en conocimiento a la coordinadora pero la unica solicion que nos daba era que volvamos otra vez y tendria algun detalle de una noche gratis o algun descuento...¿Pero como vamos a querer volver?
