Excellent stay
Very cooperative chefs, we asked for customisation and without a word, food was delivered to our expectation.
Excellent front desk team, willing to go extra mile to make our stay comfortable.

Service? there is no service !
Roomservice doesn't pick up the Phone. When you call to reception to order something they tell you to come down because they don't serve in the room today !
rooms: small, not clean.
First time here, and I will never come back !

Good hotel but can be better
Great breakfast.
BUT to hot in the room. you need to check your climate system.
Comfortable beds, but no plugs nearby (???)
Windows are closed, you need to call the reception to open (??)
And please, make smth with your elevator, it's too slow!
