WORST
We were handed two keycards, and even from the look and condition of the cards, I started doubting whether the Php 8,000 rate was justified. Upon entering the room, our concerns were confirmed. The linens were a dingy, dirty white—not what you’d expect for a supposedly premium room rate. The bathroom was another disappointment, with visible hair strands left from previous guests. Cleanliness was clearly not up to standard.
The room amenities didn’t fare any better. The TV provided wasn’t even a smart TV, which, again, felt underwhelming for the price point.
As for the buffet breakfast, it was another letdown. The food was cold and lacked variety or quality. It was far from the enjoyable dining experience you’d hope for during a stay at a resort charging this much.
Overall, the Php 8,000 rate seemed unreasonable for what Aureo Resort delivered. Cleanliness, quality, and attention to detail were sorely lacking, and it certainly didn’t live up to the expectations set by the price. Would not recommend, especially at this rate.

An overpriced, unclean stay, with pretty pictures that mislead
₱18,000/night family room got us:
- Technically a 1 BR with sticky and dirty floor
- Thin, worn out, overused towels (when I asked for more, they asked why)
- The CR had make shift amenities (the shampoo made my hair brittle and feel dirty)
- Awful soundproofing for walls
- Food was supbar and bland for breakfast.
- Restaurant food was better
A very unremarkable experience. Not worth the money at all. You can get much more, better service, and a better quality stay for a fair and more affordable price.
Unless they make some major adjustments, I am not going back.

Fun Family Weekend Getaway
We booked two rooms with balcony. I requested for a room across the pool. They did booked us at room near the pool area but they did not specify that they booked us at the adult pool area. I thought it will be at the infinity pool with a children's pool. They did not tell me that there is another pool area. The room is clean. All fixtures inside the room are working. Except for the touch-less door bell which keeps on beeping but when you check there is no one outside.
As for the service, their employees need to be reminded to be attentive of guests needs. We requested for a towel replacement and no towel arrived. My brother requested for a service but he has to call three times to remind them. We ordered rice from the restaurant and it took a while for them had we not followed-up our order.
The lazy river is not as big compared to other resorts but it's very relaxing. However, they need to install railings at the pool's stair entrance because the waves can get you out of balanced while entering and leaving the area. Also, they need to install lighting at the entrance of the lazy river because the are is a bit dark at night.
Our booking comes with a breakfast buffet. They have good buffet complete with fried rice, steamed rice, dried fish, noodles, some chicken fillet, sausage or corned beef and another dish that has sauce (like adobo). The dishes they serve changes daily. They also have choices of bread with different spreads, a salad bar and an egg station. Free flowing juice or tea and coffee.
The vicinity is maintained clean all the time.
In conclusion, I can recommend Aureo. They just have to improve their service. Just a bit of fine tuning will do.
