Couples and Family Paradise.

I have stayed at this great hotel several times over the years with my wife and kids . We always book two rooms so the kids get their own room next to ours . I have travelled a lot in the Philippines and Thailand , I have to say this is the safest hotel I have ever stayed at . Beautiful rooms , beautiful grounds , fantastic views , great food and a fantastic pool that is accessible 24/7 (remember to keep the noise down) . The staff are immaculately turned out , polite , friendly and professional. WiFi is excellent. The owners Pascal and his lovely wife Eden are the best hosts ever . We have already booked for Christmas and New Year there and we can't wait . Over all the place is so relaxing , we always feel like we are at home when we come here . The city of Maasin is about 5km away , public transport is cheap and easy to use . Although this is a beach hotel the beach is quite small but there are loads of sandy beaches nearby . I hope my honest (if rather long) review helps . Thanks for reading M .

Caimito is Heaven on Earth

Absolutely!
"Staying at this beach hotel in Southern Leyte was an absolute dream come true! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The location is simply breathtaking, with pristine white sand beaches and crystal-clear turquoise waters right at our doorstep. The rooms were luxurious and impeccably clean, offering stunning views of the ocean. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, catering to our every need with enthusiasm and professionalism. The food at the hotel's restaurant was divine, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from, including fresh seafood caught right from the local waters. Whether lounging by the infinity pool or exploring the nearby attractions, every moment spent at this beach hotel was truly unforgettable. I cannot recommend it highly enough for anyone seeking a paradise getaway in the Philippines!"

Never Again

Nice Hotel but Staff are Very UNPROFESSIONAL they made our experience very UNCOMFORTABLE. We Rented Two Rooms 1 Family and a Regular. I had to cut Our stay short and moved to a different Hotel. We do understand their rules of how many People can stay in each Rooms and we paid extra when we had someone staying over. But when the Receptionist asked me Every day how many people were staying in the Room? For me that was just unacceptable. they watch every move we made felt like we were walking on an Egg Shell. Second Problem was the Shower was not working right so we had to take a Bucket Shower. Third was Ants were Crawling all over the Bed, and on to the Breakfast table and we had to ask the front desk for a Wi-fi Voucher Every day?!?

Christmas Eve 2019

The place was clean, AC was good, showers had good temperature control and pressure. The dining area had an amazing view of the ocean and maybe sunset too but unfortunately during our stay the area was under typhoon signal number 2 (Ursula) so we just stay in our room the whole night. Good thing the fridge was full of stuff. Breakfast was very good and the other food we ordered were also quite good. The next day there's no more typhoon, we enjoyed the pool and they let us extend our stay for a few hours in the afternoon to swim since we can't swim the other day due to typhoon. The staff were very kind and helpful. The owner couple were very friendly and does lots of charitable work in the community. Overall we enjoyed our Christmas stay-cation and would definitely back again.

Great place to feel comfortable and relaxed

Located between the highway and the waterfront just out of town. Pascual and his wife are welcoming hosts. It's so good to see that they have put time in to training their staff on how to carry out their duties. Not a common occurrence throughout the provinces.
I stayed in a double delux room with balcony. Tiled throughout with solid furnishings (wardrobe, writing desk, and cabinet enclosing the stocked fridge. The bed had clean linen and provided a deep sleep. Aircon was quiet and cable TV all good. Convenient power points for recharging. Phone data connection was excellent.
Meals can be ordered via room phone and delivered to your room.
Reception can organise local transport. At night, sitting out on the balcony overlooking the pool and manicured grounds and looking out on the twinkling lights of the fishing boats added to my experience. So nice to stay at a provincial hotel where everything has been thought out in contrast to the general inferior hotels lacking in services and facilities. 5 star experience with attention to detail. Yes, you pay a higher tariff here but you really are getting what you pay for.
