Improvement points
(mural, box spring, Nespresso, WiFi, balcony, large TV, reading lights, floor lamp, rain -and ordinary shower with lovely hot water)
1 point loss owv : ( Svetlana) not dusted properly, cigarette butts on balcony (and we don't smoke ) , the eye drops of the previous guest were still on bathroom shelf behind cup, mold and green deposits on windows, otherwise generally fine
1 point loss owv : the springs on the room door (why does this have to be: everyone closes their doors themselves!?) cause the door to SLAM shut, even at night if your neighbor is not attentive to this; suction in the room hums until 23:30-0:30, just as if a car is running on rotation; thin walls so that you hear your neighbor cough; Nespresso remained broken and coffee from above exhausted despite our report the day before; socket bathroom defective, we reported this so that it can be fixed
