A pleasant and pleasant stay.

It was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay for both me and my girlfriend. It has become our favorite hotel. The place is very clean, discreet, hot water and a space to park the car very safe. It is certainly highly recommended.
Just as a small recommendation, the idea of implementing a microwave at reception for guests would be excellent, as it would be quite practical for those who stay more than a day in the hotel.
Everything else is perfect.

Accommodation for overnight stay with peace.

The room allocated on this occasion I found very good. Perhaps a darker curtain would be needed to achieve a better resting environment. The bad thing is the lack of respect from other guests.

If you go on a trip it is a good place to rest.

Very cozy place with rustic finishes, very clean with internet service, free TV, breakfast included box lunch, very accessible price to book just needed to make a call.

Fast, clean, convenient and economical accommodation for a lightning trip.

I traveled to Chihuahua alone to attend a reunion of former high school classmates. I needed an easily accessible hotel near the meeting place, at a budget price, and that was exactly what I got. What I liked: 1) the friendliness of the staff and the speed of check-in and check-out 2) the cleanliness, everything was spotless 3) the size and layout of the room 4) the price, give excellent value for the money they charge.

Basic, clean, quality stay for great value

My grandma and I stayed here and it was a fantastic experience. It was an incredible value for a hotel that was near the family we were visiting in town, right next to an Oxxo for things like water or snacks, and right next to a supermarket for other needs. The reception desk was very responsive. A complimentary bagged lunch was provided daily that consisted of a sandwich with lunch meat and cheese, cookies (Mexican version of oreos, etc), and a juice. Our decision to have or not have cleaning services was respected. The room and bedding were clean when we arrived. The beds were comfortable for me, but may be firm for some people. The room was a good size, had a tv that worked well, and had a shower with really good hot water and water pressure (much better than some more expensive hotels I have stayed at). I spoke to the staff in Spanish so I can't comment for ease for English only speaking travelers, but staff was very accomodating so I would imagine would go the extra mile to make communication work. The wifi was fast, no problems.
The one complaint I would have is the rooms were certainly not sound proofed, so sometimes one could hear conversations/music in the immediate area, and highway sounds. I was still able to sleep fine, but some people might need earplugs or white noise.
For folks used to US hotels, there is no mini fridge, iron, or hair dryer in the room. There was soap (hand and for shower) and some provided shampoo.

We sincerely appreciate your rating on the service and facilities. We were very happy to read your comments, for us these opinions are very important. Apart from the Oxxo (24-hour service) which is located next to the hotel, we also have a few steps away (two minutes walking) with a la carte breakfast/lunch service from Wednesday to Monday at the Rincón Azteca restaurant. The hotel has some employees who can communicate in basic English with the guests, at the reception you can request a hair dryer and iron if necessary.
