Great hotel for close proximity to Malls, FoodStreet, Beach Coast walks etc. It has very couteous n professiinal customer service with a kindest smile that warms your hearts each time you past them by. Aboveall, rooms and amenities are well design, fresh and clean too. Such a comfortable outstanding place to welcome every guest. This is my second time here. There is so much creativity in their food offerings in and buffets specials every weekend too. Its really a go to hotel with reasonable pricing of a 4 star hotel. I will be back the next visit to penang.

Location was great. Buggy service was thoughtful . Breakfast variety was quite good. But I can’t imagine such a nice hotel using such worn out towels . Not just 1 face towel even the bath towels are all very worn out dirty looking not white in colour. The hair dryer was full of dust not cleaned before . Should look into these issues as it really affect the imagine of the hotel.

A Relaxing Weekend Getaway

We stayed at this hotel for a long weekend, and it exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the main tourist attractions without hassle.
The service was truly impeccable, with special mention to Jordy at the Gravity Bar, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience.
During the day, we enjoyed relaxing by the pool, which was a serene and well-maintained space.
Overall, this hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and perfect service. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Fast check in. Deluxe room is spacious, clean and with comfortable bed. 5-min walk to gurney plaza on the left and gurney paragon on the right. Easy to move around by grab. Staff is friendly and helpful. Really like the welcome ice cream and happy with stay. Will return.

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel’s facilities and rooms were excellent, the location was perfect, the food was delicious, and everything was impeccably clean. The staff was incredibly accommodating, making our experience even more enjoyable. We will be returning next year!
