Don't stay

My stay at this property was nothing short of a nightmare due to the complete failure of the air conditioning system. Despite the sweltering summer heat, the air conditioning in our room did not function throughout our entire stay. This was not just a minor inconvenience; it made the room unbearable, especially during the night when the temperature was at its peak.
When we raised this issue with the management, their response was utterly unacceptable. They suggested that the air conditioning needed to "rest" in order to blow cold air again—a claim that is both absurd and unprofessional. Not surprisingly, the air conditioning never worked as it should, leaving us to suffer through the heat without any relief.
In an attempt to address the situation, I requested a partial refund for the significant discomfort we endured. However, the owner of the property chose to ignore my messages entirely, demonstrating a complete lack of responsibility and respect for their guests.
This experience was profoundly disappointing and reflects a serious neglect of basic hospitality standards. I strongly advise others to avoid this property, especially during the summer months. The management's failure to address critical issues and their disregard for guest satisfaction is simply unacceptable.

a type 3 category very little 3

Very small room, only space for a queen size bed. there were no towels other than the one for the shower. Dust in the bathroom was very present on the shelves, windows that did not cover the slightest noise and almost broken doors that scraped on the floor with every movement. The most positive thing is the owner who was kind, but here too he did not offer options regarding the tourist tax (so called tourist tax by him) of 14 euros only and exclusively in cash. However the bed was comfortable

Would not recommend

The host was friendly, but the place was disgusting. Everything was dirty, the floors have probably never been washed. Our sheets were not washed. The bathroom was disgusting, didn’t really want to touch anything in there. Rooms looked nothing like in the pictures. Our room had a balcony which was full of dirty and broken old beds. The street was loud and dirty also (not the hostel’s fault though). We didn’t feel comfortable moving around to the toilet or kitchen areas.

They are thieves

We stayed for a night last saturday in a private room. On sunday we left our bagages under the care of the hotel and they stole 700 euros, which they took out of the suitcase as well as private documents.
Now they say that it is the guest's fault for leaving them. Not only are thieves but it is not a hotel, it is a hostel with one bathroom for all guests, with a lift out of service and located in a dirty and unsafe area of Rome.

Not a good one

We stayed there for three days. It was not what we should be getting for that amount of money. When we arrived, due to misunderstanding, we were put in quite stressful situation and were told (quite aggressively) to pay for the room even though we did that already trough our bank account. We showed them the receipt and everything went fine. It happened in their “reception” - a plastic table with one of workers taking pictures of our documents with his smartphone.
The room was in different apartment - we had to go out of the building and enter from from the other place.
The room was cold during our whole stay and smelled really bad the worker just sprayed some air freshener around.
There was no warm water in the shower - maybe for few seconds and I could not finish my showering at all. Also there floor was constantly wet but I guess it’s just guests fault.
The breakfast was just one really sweet croissant or other bun per person.
There was coffe or tea available.
They have basic kitchen accessories but the signs say that you are not allowed to use kitchen.
Overall - do not recommend at all.
