Cozy and comfortable

A welcoming and comfortable structure. We booked for our Women's Serie B club, Freedom Wpman F.C and it turned out to be an ideal solution for all our away needs. The spaces made available for our usual finishing made the choice made even more efficient.

One night stay, enough and more

Starting from the assumption that the education of the lady who welcomed us at reception leaves something to be desired... let's not talk about the misadventure with the air conditioner, while I had the girls asleep two men came knocking on the door to fix a leak (not to mention what came out of the air conditioner while they cleaned it with us in the room!!!) that I had not yet reported and I would have done as soon as they woke up, (so they made me wait to have the room until 14 and then already know that there was something wrong).. the room should be given when you made the check that everything is in place... vacuum cleaner at 14.30 while we slept throughout the corridor.... Door that to close it you have to slam it because otherwise it remains open...
The only positive things are the location and the breakfast with good products...
But I still wouldn't go back

Bad experience

Pretty poor hotel, arrogant staff non-existent parking. Room left to itself with broken shower cubicle, consequently water from all sides. Poor buffet with rather poor products. Exaggerated price for this property.

We ran away

I can't even give an opinion of the hotel, apart from the exterior that looked rather shabby, because after less than a quarter of an hour we ran away. The receptionist, immediately annoyed because we showed up before the time reserved for check-in, practically took me badly at my request for information on the possibility of going to the beach, accusing me of having demanded things that I did not deserve. He then asked the Owner for support, who in an equally rude tone told me that I might as well leave. Having said that, without thinking twice, I cancelled the Reservation, which to tell the truth provided for the payment of the first night but which was not required of me, and I went to another structure. Never received such treatment in a hotel. I'm shocked.

Rude manager

To my regret I find myself writing a negative review for my stay at this property.
The owner turned out to be rather rude and indisposed, in asking her questions she was annoyed and answered with a language not nice and also rude (“You do not understand Italian”).
It is the first time I find such a welcome!
