Ottima esperienza - consigliato!

Un piacevole soggiorno per due persone per un bellissimo weekend a giugno! La casa è in una posizione molto comoda e tranquilla: parcheggi gratuiti in zona, supermarket raggiungibile a piedi, spiaggia e pineta a 100 metri, attività commerciali (come bar, ristoranti, pasticcerie, farmacia...) nella zona. Il centro e la zona pedonale sono raggiungibili a piedi. La nostra camera era davvero molto confortevole e pulita. I proprietari molto disponibili e simpatici: abbiamo accettato con molto piacere i loro consigli in merito a ristoranti ed esperienze per trascorrere un piacevole weekend. Consigliato!

To forget

The stay at "casa brajan" was disappointing in all respects. The owner, from making highly unhelpful, demanded 40 euros more than the amount agreed at the time of booking. The room was unlivable: sheets and pillows pierced as well as stained, air conditioning emitting foul-smelling air, shower cubicle with glass at risk of breaking, dirty laundry (presumably from previous guests) found in the bathroom cabinet, cold water and a malfunctioning hairdryer. To be avoided.

Good value for money

I'm booked for the Karate event. Nice rooms, clean. You can see thatvhave been refreshed and have done some improvement work.Personale very kind and helpful. Due to traffic we delayed and were very helpful. The property is close to the sea and close to other amenities, just outside there is a bar. Parking around the property is free. I recommend it.

Great location

We stayed for 2 nights and it was a pleasant surprise... it is located near the sea and all kinds of services, free parking around the property is not a problem to find space. The room was clean and very comfortable. Recommended!

Esperienza da incubo! Evitare come la peste

La stanza non corrispondeva alle foto sul sito . Piccola e angusta sottotetto la doccia sporca i vetri erano bianchi dal calcare i vetri della doccia dovevamo stare attenti perché si staccavano doccia entrata della doccia piccola per chi come me ha qualche kg in più.manca kit di cortesia.l armadio era tutto sgangherato. Non ci hanno dato gli asciugamani da bidet .l aria condizionata dopo un pò che era accesa emanava un cattivo odore segno che i filtri erano sporchi.sopra la doccia c'è un piccolo lucernario marcio con tutte cacate di gabbiano. Quando siamo arrivati la signora alla scrivania ci ha addirittura chiesto che prezzo ci aveva detto per telefono perchè non si ricordava più e quando le ho detto che ci aveva chiesto €90 mi ha detto ok va bene ormai l 'ho detto ma la cifra sarebbe 120€ . Quello schifo per me non vale nemmeno €50.senza colazione e poi le abbiamo chiesto dove andare a mangiare perchè eravamo arrivati a mezzogiorno e lei ci ha dirottati alla trattoria di sotto con la quale sono in combutta per spennare i polli . Appena ci hanno portato il menu mi è venuta voglia di alzarmi il prezzo più piccolo era €13 per dei tortelli al ragù. Ma la fame ha avuto il sopravvento così abbiamo deciso di prendere io un secondo e mio marito un primo e ce li siamo divisi .e anche lì ho da dire la mia. Ho trovato dei capelli nel mio piatto di fritto misto e il titolare asseriva che gli erano arrivati così dalla ditta fornitrice del pesce .e il piatto costava € 18 per una frittura di pesce congelato.ma vi rendete conto? Noi li abbiamo lasciato € 80 per delle schifezze congelate .sconsiglio vivamente questo alloggio perchè fa schifo. Non vale 1 centesimo.ci abbiamo soggiornato la notte tra 8 luglio e 9 luglio di questo anno 2023 quindi lo scorso fine settimana perché oggi è il 12 luglio 2023.vi aggiungo anche foto che purtroppo non riesco a mettere tutte .
