I got room 309 view. It's nice. It's true that Santica Airport view is well known for its lake and pool.
for food diresto is also good in connection with the month of fasting gifted food for sahur

However, the way the staff communicated with guests was an area that needs improvement. While a few staff members were friendly and communicated well, many others lacked clarity and proactivity. This led to an uncomfortable feeling at times, which negatively affected my overall experience.
The swimming pool had a great shape and was a nice feature, but it could be better maintained. It would be helpful if certain areas of the pool were checked and cleaned more regularly to enhance the overall experience.
Would I return? Possibly not. only if there are improvements in the staff’s communication with guests. I can recommend the hotel for its excellent rooms, views, and pool, but I’d suggest waiting until the communication and maintenance improve for a smoother experience.
