Disappointing

We stayed in the Chairman apartment, next door to the Little Boss (I can't find its listing) and we were very disappointed with the service. The apartment on first look is lovely and we'll located with the city however....the bed in the apartment was broken, there was no hand soap or hand towels, the kitchen bin hadn't been emptied and stank! There were two containers of salt but no sugar - apparently that's a regular occurrence!? When we asked for all of the above to be rectified we were looked at like we were crazy and then it was only half sorted anyway. Oh....and the safe was broken and never fixed.The power went out one of the nights in our apartment and in the Little Boss apartment and if it hadn't been for a random neighbour assisting we'd all have been left without power. When the office finally answered our calls and messages we were told they were too busy to assist and they'd call back. There was no return call and when our calls were finally answered the neighbour spoke to office person, explained the issue and was told that someone would be there shortly to help. Fortunately we found the power box and flicked the trip switch back on because it was well over three hours later when the office finally got back to us via what's app! It could be a great business with superb apartments if it was run more efficiently with some attention to detail and their clients.

Questi signori hanno agito con scorrettezza quando si trattava di restituire gli importi trattenuti per la prenotazione. Dopo molte insistenze di rispettare i termini hanno restituito una cifra inesatta naturalmemte arrotondata per difetto!
