Very nice vacation

Cleanliness, politeness, quality.
We were upgraded to a junior suite. Very clean places of food and great variety.
Clean pools and nice beach.
All perfect!!! Very good price.
We got an offer for 4 nights or 1 gift.

Spa and massage FLOPP

The SPA. And massage you can throw in the bin. Unnecessary management. Zero customer focus.
With a program of 220 euros for couples I offered 200 euros. They said no. Better sit around instead of earning 200 euros.
Sorry, but this is stupid...
Who knows what the massage would have been like

Absolutely fantastic family trip

From the moment we arrived, check in was quick and they drove us and our luggage to our room. Very clean hotel, including public areas as well as rooms.
Food was brilliant, plenty of choice for everyone and the a la carte restaurants were lovely, great variety of foods and the staff were always friendly, in particular Juliana!
We were upgraded to a Deluxe Suite with sea view and private pool and it was fantastic, plenty of space in the rooms and even had a baby gate installed, perfect with having 2 kids.
The hotel itself is quite isolated, there was a town a 25 min walk away apparently but it was too hot to do it with 2 little ones but didn’t bother us not leaving. The beach is right next to the hotel, very quiet and was perfect for our toddler.
No fault of the hotels but do take mosquito spray, especially at night during the entertainment we got bitten!
We would happily return to this hotel, couldn’t fault any of it!

5 stars ?????

Is not the same as a few years ago , certainly not worth 5 stars anymore .
Room not well cleaned , were in main building with animation , music and shouting in front of our room until 22h30 to 23 h , so if you want to get into bed early not fun . And as for the food , far from being tasty and many times the same , aperos are already unprecedented brands , even a metaxa is not free and is a Greek alcohol .
Hugely clearer and English, so they eat and drink what they get.
Too bad this is not a positive mail , but is the truth what we think of this hotel .Vi

Family holiday

Have now been home for a week, mixed feelings on holiday, good and not so good.
We had quite a bit of rain over 4 days of holiday, no fault of hotel but a bit of a downer after a wet summer in uk!
We were aware the hotel was a bit remote and probably would not choose to go somewhere like this again, warnings were there!
The hotel itself was very good, lovely spacious room, nice hot shower although I don’t like it in the bath, seems to be a common thing! Comfy bed and we had no problems with the cleaning.
The staff were also friendly to us and more tui reps around than I’ve seen in years!
Food was as in most all inclusive hotels, not great for us but we are fussy, the biggest problem being the temperature , most things just too cold to eat, I know in Greece they do eat their food not so hot but it’s not to the English taste!
Dident find the drinks too bad, again what I expected, for the price I’d paid, have stayed in sensatori hotels, which are much better for food and drink but a lot more expensive.
On the whole we enjoyed our holiday but probably would not return

In regards to the food temperature not being hot enough, one may take into consideration that the opening and closing of the plates may be a reason for the food not being hot enough. We follow and enforce the HACCP regulations and ensure that the food served at the buffet is at the recommended temperature.Please note in regards to the location of the hotel that it is stated in the description that it is situated 500 meters from the closest village. At the same time, the hotel offers local bus rides from the main entrance of the hotel.We take customer feedback very seriously and we have forwarded some of your comments to the relevant departments for consideration. We hope we will see you again in our hotel in the forthcoming years.
