Ups and downs!
During the night I called the reception and they didn't answer me!!
Absurd for a hotel of this level!
The next day they changed my room, but I had to pay a difference because it was a bit more a bigger one!
The disruption was caused by a technical problem but I had to pay the difference!!
In any case, the air conditioning of the rooms should be improved!
