Top Hotel and very nice

The Hotel is one of the best B&B Hotel. The Rooms are very nice and Top clean. The service is excellent and when something is not okay , it will be done directly on the next day.
Also the Reception Personal are very nice and a perfect team.
On the Breakfast there you will find all what you need and even more. Perfect service even there.
And when i will be back in Kassel i will come always back in this Hotel.

We booked a different hotel for the second night to continue our Documenta visit

My husband and I checked in and though I booked the hotel with my card we were asked to sign a check in sheet as a married couple. We have traveled a lot and have never been asked to do that and we were wondering what a same-sex couple would do? The hotel has no AC, as many hires in the region. We could not leave the windows open because there is a recycling place next to the hotel, where work starts early. They seem to have cut cost on curtains, as they barely covered the windows and the room was very bright throughout the night. There is only one lamp in the bathroom. The bed sheets felt low quality, adding to the discomfort and heat. Though we didn’t get a refund, we decided to move to a different place after the first night.

Room was ok. However Wi-Fi didn’t work and neither did the EV chargers. Access to EV charging was main reason to stay here so overall not great stay.

Good modern bizz hotel close to the Autobahn

Spotless clean rooms in a brand new hotel. Rooms are large with a very efficient layout. Although the area around the hotel is very industrial the hotel has a good atmosphere due to very well designed entrance and bar area.
Staff is very friendly and at the breakfast the cook responded to our additional wishes in no time.
