The loveless magical dinner
The food was not good. The staff were overwhelmed. The location was unloving. Three long tables with around 80 people each.
The pumpkin soup was so-so. The homemade ravioli was totally bland and plainly presented. The dessert cake was just sickly sweet.

Nice place, but worst management ever!
It was all fine, but whenever the Manager was involved it went downhill.. and I really mean it. No idea how she got this job.
The best was the pickup of the equipment the next day. I asked the manager for quick help over the non-disability-friendly entrance steps due to my broken hand.
She asked an employee that was sitting in the corner and fiddling with his phone: "do you want to help?" and he answered: "naa, I am busy". So I had to manage all by myself with a broken hand after we spend thousands of Euros there.
Unfortunately, the whole celebration was tainted by the poor manager and her inability of being nice.
Everything else was fine, but you know how it is. Bad management shows in many details. I don't want to address them all. ... It's a pity, because the location itself is nice.

Unsere Frühstückskraft, die Sie angesprochen haben, wiegt knapp über 40 kg ,ist klein und zierlich. Sie kann KEINE KISTEN tragen auch wenn Sie eine "Hotelangestellte" ist. Wenn Sie verletzt sind und Hilfe beim Abholen diverser Gegenstände benötigen, dann informieren Sie uns doch bitte im Vorfeld. Das hätte sich sicher organisieren lassen. Der Mann mit dem Handy ist übrigens ein Hotelgast gewesen, KEIN Angestellter von uns. Für ein direktes Gespräch / Austausch stehen wir Ihnen jederzeit gerne zur Verfügung. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Lovely hotel in a lovely location
The location was perfect for us- up on the hill top of the fortress, in the woods, amazing views, very quiet but yet not far from the center- 5-10 minuets by car, or by the funicular.
The room isn't big but perfectly designed and clean, half a point down because of that and for not having a coffee machine or a kettle...
The staff are very welcoming and helpful.
The actual rating should have been 4.5 points, lovely place !
