Extremely bad
1. There are Bed Bugs.
2. Stains the towels and I even had some weird metal mesh on one of them
3. Stains and burned holes on the bed sheets and pillows
4. Really scary neighbourhood
5. The whole carpet is stained and dirty.
6. Burned places and weird green substances on furniture.
7. Wi-Fi not working
8. Power sockets not working.
9. Dead insects on the wardrobe
10. Curtain not even standing straight, looked like taken from the trash.
11. Flirty staff, I put a chair in front of my room to be sure no one comes inside.
12. Stains and holes in the bathtub.
13. Mould on the walls
14. Holes and labels on the walls??
15. They made a copy of my card, I am not sure if that is still practiced widely

Terrible experience!! I do not recommend anyone
• There were people on the property using illegal substances directly in public areas.
• The living conditions were unsanitary: dirty laundry lay in the hallways, garbage lay in the elevator.
• I felt a real threat to my safety from the behavior of the other residents. This place was like a den, not a hotel.
I was forced to leave the hotel as soon as I arrived because it was dangerous to stay there. My complaint to Booking.com unfortunately did not result in a refund as the hotel refused to acknowledge its mistakes.
If you value your health and safety, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. This experience has left me with a very negative impression, and I hope Booking.com will reconsider its collaboration with this facility.
