Humanly to flee
From day one I have an accident in their parking lot that is not lit before 7am, well yes people who start before 7am they are not allowed to have light it is great.
But be careful as I did not come back directly after my accident to avoid arriving late for work and bah the giant considers that I did not hurt myself in him as I am a liar and therefore does not make any commercial move for me.
It's great to pay almost 80 € a night and to hear that it's not my fault that you fell in our parking lot you had to turn on the light on your phone.
He tells me I'm a bad faith but frankly for a hotel manager we're also pretty much on bad faith.
It's a shame just a small commercial gesture and everything will be stopped after 10 minutes but not the photo evidence of me in front of him with my jeans ripped my knee in Blood is not enough to prove that I hurt myself in him the schedules in the photos either a priori.
Add to that that the car park is charged at 5 € per night that there is no camera in this car park and you pay 5 €, but if they fart your car and steal something from you and well the car park clears everything with their little note at the entrance of this same car park.
Anyway, a wasted stay just because they don’t want to make a gesture towards a client who spends a week in their establishment and gets hurt directly on site.
Frankly went to another hotel you will definitely be better received.

Merci d'avoir pris le temps d'écrire ce bel avis. Si vous ne recommandez pas notre établissement, il est toutefois bon de préciser qu'à l'heure où vous écrivez votre avis, vous êtes installée confortablement dans votre chambre, profitant du 3ème jour de votre réservation qui en aura compté 5, on est quand même bien chez nous :)
En effet notre parking n'est pas éclairé en pleine nuit, tout comme l'éclairage urbain, cette pratique est courante, écologique, et également utilisée chez Action, qui éteint la lumière en pleine nuit, vous devez le savoir mieux que moi.
Nous allons ensuite apporter des précisions à nos échanges. Vous m'avez alerté de cet "accident" à 15h30, nous avons une présence dans l'établissement 24h/24, je vous ai simplement demandé pourquoi ne pas avoir alerté la night, elle vous aurait alors répondu qu'elle m'en informerai, j'aurais été au courant avant votre retour dans l'hôtel, ça aurait duré 2 minutes et vous auriez été à l'heure (encore plus rapide que 10 minutes :) ). Je vous ai également précisé qu'en échangeant simplement avec elle, elle pouvait allumer manuellement l'éclairage à votre départ. Notre équipe est à votre disposition, encore faut-il lui adresser la parole ?
Précisons ensuite que ces photos, vous ne me les avez pas montrés, vous avez contacté le service client de notre groupe. C'est à eux que vous avez fait réclamation et envoyé vos photos. Vous ne m'avez pas demandé de "petit geste commercial", vous avez exigé auprès du service client que je vous achète un nouveau jean, qui selon le screen que vous leur avez envoyé, coute 110€. Comprenez donc qu'avant un petit geste de la sorte je dois m'assurer que l'accident ait bien eu lieu sur notre parking. Or jusqu'à maintenant je n'en ai aucune assurance. Je ne vous ai jamais traité de menteuse, je vous ai demandé des précisions, ce à quoi vous m'avez répondu "vous n'avez qu'à avoir des caméras sur votre parking".
Notre parking justement, apportons également des précisions, oui il est facturé 5€ par nuit, non il n'est pas obligatoire, et oui vous l'avez utilisé 5 nuits alors que des places de parking dans la rue en face de l'hôtel sont disponibles, il n'est pas si mal n'est-ce pas ?
Je n'ai pas eu vent d'une dégradation ou d'un vol concernant votre véhicule ?
