Do not stay here! Please dont. It is that bad. Even had someone try break in my room!!!!!!
Shower head was unattached, not ideal. Room was so hot, i had my window open. In the night a male woke me up trying to break in! This was around 3am. Could see his hand trying to get the window off the safety latch!! Hows he gotten in when the hotel is meant to be closed and fenced off???!! Then he was asking for money. Classic the reception was closed when woke up and left.... please save your money and book an ibis or something. Its not worth it
I work away and stay in hotels all over the world, never ever had this. Thought id seen it all
The staff are great, receptionist and cleaning staff i will give them their credit

Nous sommes navrés d'apprendre que votre séjour s'est mal passé. Concernant l'état vétuste de la chambre nous en sommes désolés. Pour le problème que vous avez rencontrer avec un client qui a tenté d'ouvrir votre fenêtre, hésitez pas a appeler la réception quand c'est comme ca, nous avons un veilleur de nuit toute la nuit sur l'hôtel, il serait intervenu.
Le matin de votre départ, la réceptionniste était dans les étages en train d'aider la femme de chambre, un mot était mis sur la porte d'entrée pour le signaler. Cordialement

I will add that the scent of cigarettes often pervaded the room from other rooms (non smoking rooms), there were cigarette burns in the cover blanket, and the internet never lasted more than 5 minutes without me having to turn the WiFi on and off.
Honestly, I selected this hotel based on pricing, but after this stay, I was scared as Hell bc before I left the Inited States I booked three additional days the following week.
Currently waiting for a call back from the management, bc there is no way, on Gods green Warth, I will subject myself to another stay at such a wretched place.

Nous sommes navrés que votre chambre ne vous ai pas donné entière satisfaction. Concernant les petits déjeuners en semaine ils sont de 6h a 9h et en général nous l'annonçons aux clients lors de leur arrivée.
Nous sommes désolés que votre séjour se soit mal passé.
