Cuba Peninsula

The hotel and Yenis Castillo was awesome to clean our room 2515. The cleaning was well done and did some arts with the blanket, they gave us now water bottles when we needed. We always had new towels and toilet paper. It was a great place. The drinks were very good.

Very well done

Our cleaner was always consistent and very good at her job very well done my room number was 2563 and my cleaners name was yenis Castillo. Our room was always fully cleaned and restored before we would come back and we are very appreciative of that would come back.

Beautiful Week

The stay was nice. Staff was friendly. Food was ok. We were here with a baseball team and we had to leave everyday at 8:30am and we gone most of the day. Dinner bookings could only be done between 9:30-12:30 with no exception so we were unable to eat at any of the restaurants which was disappointing. There were no entertainment staff of activities to participate in which would make the stay more fun.

Amazing family Vacation in Cuba

Family vacation, had a good time there, beaches are beautiful, staff super friendly, room and hotel super clean, I was surprised how big the room was. In my opinion this hotel only needs a renovation for the appearance but DEFINITELY returning to Cuba and staying in the hotel again!

Resort Nice with Food of Hostal

The resort is very nice, excellent location and with a beach uniqye. The room was big, with big beds and quality. The staff very kind and trying to overcome its problems. The ALL INCLUSIVe should change the name to ALMOST INCLUSIVE. The bars had very few drinks, no wine, only in the dinner. Sparkling wine once 2 glasses. No more. Snacks very controlled and with few choices. The buffet every single day the same. A lot of vegi, (always the same...). Very rare beef (2 times). Shows and actiivities very poor. In conclusion go there to enjoy the beach, the view and forget about drinks and food. The food is more for a Hostal than a 5 Star hotel. Very sad to see the staff trying to give your their best.
