The hotel facilities are relatively new, the swimming pool and gym are relatively clean, and cakes and red wine are presented for holiday check-in. The front desk, restaurant, and room service are enthusiastic, and the response and resolution of problems are very fast. The service quality can also be guaranteed during the festival, and I hope to continue.

I like this hotel very much. It was a great experience. The overall experience is great, especially the service of Xiaoyu and Grace at the front desk is very first-class and I am super satisfied.

The arrangement of the room was strange. No desk to work on it. Very unconvinient sofa. Bed blanket to thin, was difficult to warm up. Te TV was fixed askew. The mirror in the bath was think hiding the faucet for tall people. No cosmetics to use in the bath. in average - a 3* standard.

Decent business hotel in Shenyang Industrial zone ETDZ

I stayed two nights in Renaissance West Shenyang Hotel being a decent business hotel in Shenyang’s Industrial zone ETDZ. Rooms were ok. Gym on the 5th floor was well equipped and cleaned regularly - big choice for breakfast. Late night check-in was not really great mainly due to limited English skills of the staff.

The hotel is very nice, the service is great, the service of Grace and Xiaoyu at the front desk is very warm, thoughtful and satisfactory.
