Totally Underrated
This place is so underrated. I stayed in a corporate studio and the price did not match what was sold. The quality of the room was very high (Marriott or Hyatt standard in my opinion) but the rate at which it was sold was significantly low (almost motel rate). Add to this, the service was above par, warm, and friendly; from the beginning when Rose checked me in, to the Night clerks Desiree & Sage who printed my travel documents, and the Maintenance guy Jan who fixed my window. The housekeeping Staff (Faith) came every morning to provide service. Very professional and awesome people.
What I liked most about my stay was the convenience: free breakfast, gym in building, C-Train only a few steps away (which allowed me to do my business), and it was a well insulated room. Very quiet.
Thus, all in all, I would have to rate this place at 5 out of 5! Good job SAIT!

MISLEADING ADVERTISING! Please read other people's negative comments ... then decide if you want to stay.
I WOULD NEVER STAYED THERE HAD I READ PEOPLE'S REVIEWS. This facility is just a student dorm. The 2 room suite is NOT a suite as there is no living space, just 2 basic bedrooms. Kitchenette is not usable as there is no single plate, cup, fork, spoon, etc. Just empty kitchen with no coffee maker or a kettle. No AC, no TV, dirty windows, dirty concreate floor, basic furniture that money can buy for a student dorm. The building does not have a sign that would say HOTEL or CONFERENCE CENTER, just simple "H Tower". It is highly priced for such basic facility. I AM NOT THE FIRST DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!

Poor stay poor service!
There is no fan no ventilation in this building. We stayed on the 19th floor, I requested them to arrange us a lower floor as have hight phobia, they said there are no rooms available. A little rood lady at night shift, to whom we requested room change. Also noticed the construction was going on in the building. Price is low but service and accommodation is not good. I just wonder if they have a heating system for winter.
Complementary breakfast was ok. But seemed like everyone in that building was just not happy for what they do. Not a good energy.

Not recommended
My daughter and I had a room booked from July 14th until July 20th. Alex at the front reception was friendly and helpful but it all went south after check in. It was +30 outside and when we entered our room we discovered there was no air conditioning and it was incredibly hot. The next day we went out and purchased a fan. When I attempted to have a glass of cold water I learned the water would not get cold. Simply remained at room temperature. Same with the shower. Barely any pressure and no cold water to cool off in the hot room. The next day our fridge stopped working. At this point I became frustrated and went to the front reception to ask the employee to move us to a room with a working fridge. She simply stated she would be in a request for maintenance the following day but could not guarantee the maintenance person would be here tomorrow. I listed off all the negative things about our stay and she said she would put in the maintenance request. It should also be noted that the parking provided is a fair distance from the residence. I would honestly recommend not staying here.

Good for the price and location
Being a solo travler at the time, the location and price i paid was just right for me.
Yes this is a university dorm room, its very bare but it has what you need such as a kitchenet a bed and a bathroom with shower/ bath and toilet. Its very minimal but is perfect when your like me who is only there to sleep and due in the day you are out and about. I did not have a problem here. The view i had was decent and the building was very scure and quiet at the time.
Cannot fult it personally.
Remeber its a dorm room so you get what you pay for, very much a budget place to stay.
It was only a 5 min walk to the c-train station so easy to access.
