The best breakfast
I recommend that you have a minimum command of Portuguese or English to go, as they are not fluent in Spanish. Except for that detail, the service was very good. At check out we said we had an event late, so they offered to keep our bags until our return. We consumed things from the minibar without knowing the price and we didn't leave scared, which is very good.
Services:
Some that I didn’t read anywhere and I think an important plus is that the pool on the terrace, although it was small, was air-conditioned and had an ideal height to go with children. The towel should be requested at reception, which would be good if they clarified at reception and not in the pool located on the top floor.
The gym, although small, is very well equipped.
Rooms:
With regard to the room, at the level of cleanliness and maintenance it was spotless. We were asked our preferences regarding the floor number and distance from the elevators. The mattress and pillow were like clouds (personally I don’t like a soft spring mattress, so I woke up very contracted) and the blinds offered total darkness in the room.
The minibar was complete and, although it did not have any price list, we did not find it crazy. We consumed one can of water, three cans of coke, two sweets (a good kindergarten and a b-ready nutella) and a small tube of potato pringles for 80 real.
The shower pressure was excellent and the water temperature too, although it could have been a little warmer (I'm one of those who bathe with boiling water).
Breakfast:
Best of all was definitely breakfast. They had three varieties of natural juices (orange and two more to rotate), different types of bread, toaster, sandwich maker, different types of cold cuts, fruit salad, a fruit bowl at disposal and the classic American breakfast to assemble to your own taste. The highlight of the latter is that the scrambled egg was light, not oily at all.
There were also a number of sweet and savory canapés or mini bites, among which I highlight the mini croassant stuffed with ham and cheese, the bread buns stuffed with chicken and the chipá or pão de queijo common and integral.
With regard to drinks, there were a variety of teas, drinkable yogurt and hot and cold milk, plus a brewed coffee machine. On that machine, I must admit I've tasted the best hot chocolate of my life.

Good location.
The rooms are clean, the bedding a little hard for my personal taste but OK. The WiFi is a little slow and does not allow downloading in good conditions.
To my greatest regret, no LUNDRY service is provided internally. It is offered by a service provider and you manage everything. Damage.
Otherwise good location and correct overall.
