Disappointed Horrible hotel
Indeed, when I arrived at the Pension I was assigned a room where the mattress was dirty with urine and blood stains and full of other stains ,(attachments )
This is unacceptable in terms of the Award of the room and the Pension’s reputation.

The standard of service is falling drastically!
Every time I'm in Macaé I prefer to stay at the Ibis, however, there are a lot of things that need to be improved at the hotel compared to others of the same brand.
The standard of the Ibis Macaé hotel is falling drastically!
I believe this is not the majority of rooms at Ibis Macaé, but 662 needs an URGENT renovation! The flooring is all coming loose... the flooring is glued down. It's ugly !
Point to mention: Remembering that this Ibis unit still has the old furniture and decoration from the 1st version of the rooms, it is NOT the current model found in other units.
Another point that needs to be improved URGENTLY is the layette is very bad and worn out, especially the pillowcases, the quilt (blanket) has been used since 2014, that is, after 10 years of use it is very old, worn out... it seems like it hasn't been cleaned. washing, as it has NO smell of being washed and no fabric softener smell. The smell is musty.
Another observation:
The maids DO NOT change the protective covers on the pillows, mine in 662 were all bruised with marks of drool, slime from other guests, old marks... This is a shame for the chain's standard and lack of decent hygiene.
Suggestion:
As I travel a lot and stay at Accor hotels and especially at Ibis, many Ibis brand hotels have offered additional complimentary services in their apartments. for ELITE ALL customers, with Gold and Platinum status, they even set up an entire floor exclusively for these loyal customers, providing in the rooms: coffee maker with capsule coffee, minibar stocked daily with 2 beers, 2 waters, 2 soft drinks and other treats. .. it would be a suggestion to improve the service and offering ALL customers a difference at Ibis Macaé, in its services even though it is a 3-star Accor hotel.
I am available for any clarifications and to contribute with suggestions for improving the services offered by the hotel.
