Ideal base for visiting the city.
Only downsides: the first day there was no shower gel in the shower, and after the first night the room was not cleaned (wrong administration?), but after we informed the receptionist she immediately called someone to arrange this and he was already in the room before we were back. So we could still have fresh towels and the bottle with shower gel was also refilled immediately.
Typical of a hotel in Wallonia: many channels on the TV, but no Flemish channels! We have to make do with our tablet.
All in all, the hotel is definitely recommended for someone who wants to stay there for one or more nights.

E’ con grande piacere che riceviamo i suoi complimenti.
A causa dei grandi lavori in città e nel parcheggio, le condizioni di accesso al parcheggio sono temporaneamente più complicate.
Disponiamo di camere con bagni aperti o chiusi. Non esitate a specificare la vostra preferenza alla reception.

Close to the train station, next to a mall, and really good rooms.
It's a decent hotel. At the breakfast area there's a window where you can see the mall inside. Strange but funny, I liked this concept. The room was just wow. Probably I got a free upgrade, but nobody told me that, I just realized, it cannot be the standard room. I had a bathtub AND a shower. This is a big yes for me. The receptionists were really kind, and helpful, shout out for the blonde girl, and the front office manager guy, who checked me in. If I go back to Belgium again, I will stay here. Oh and it is close to the train station, from there like 30 minutes to the centre of Brussels.
One little issue: there were no waffles at breakfast. :(

Very nice new hotel, not too expensive
The bathroom is super modern, the opulent breakfast is enough for the whole day. Also our was welcome.
In summer we come back when we go to the Belgian coast .
