City break
Room wasn’t ready on arrival but able to leave bags until later. Check in was seamless and staff were great .
Rooms were lovely , modern and clean, having everything needed for a 3 night stay.
We didn’t pay for breakfast but used the coffee shop a couple of times, no complaints at all.
I would say the only minor issue was the lifts not being consistent.

Great location and breakfast
Easy to find from the train station. 5 minute walk. Easy check in. Very informative receptionist.
Location is fantastic. Central to everything. Main tourist spots local, lots of shops and bars and restaurants everywhere.
Rooms very cosy. Only slight complaint very warm even with air con on. Bed comfortable. Decent shower and products.
Unfortunately are kettle did not work but was soon replaced and our tv did not work bar a few channels. We also didn’t get our free drinks from our Expedia reward.
Breakfast was fantastic. Great cold buffet and option of an extra choice. The bacon, cheese and egg sandwich was great as was the coffee. Coffee shop linked was always busy and had food options.
Overall bar the few minor things very happy and would stay again
